This marks a huge milestone for the company and we couldn’t have done it without you! As a designer and ad-hoc CEO, trial and error has been a mainstay at the company. 5 years, 86 themes and 200,000 customers later, however, we have managed to create something truly awesome. If there is one thing that I have learned along the way, it’s that treating your community with respect and care should be a business’s top priority. There will always be challenges, and sometimes growth (aka “success”) can be the most challenging thing of all. With each new customer that joins our ranks, however, we will be fighting to give them the best experience possible.
